Set Up Auto-Print

Skip the Chrome print dialog and send labels straight to your printer. One-time setup — takes about 60 seconds.

Download for Mac (ZIP)

After the ZIP downloads, double-click it to unzip. You'll get a SKU Label Pro Auto-Print.app file. Optional: drag it to your Applications folder or Dock.

Try to open it. Double-click SKU Label Pro Auto-Print.app.

You'll see a warning saying "cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified." That's expected for indie apps. Click Cancel (NOT "Move to Trash" — that deletes the app). Then continue to step 3.

Tell macOS to allow it. Just clicks, no code:

Click the Apple menu (top-left of your screen) → System Settings
In the sidebar, click Privacy & Security
Scroll down to the Security section
You'll see a yellow message: "SKU Label Pro Auto-Print was blocked..." — click "Open Anyway" next to it
Enter your Mac password to confirm
Go back and double-click the app again. This time it opens.

You're done!
A Chrome window opens with SLP. From now on, just double-click the app whenever you want to print labels — no more warnings. Clicking Print Labels in that window sends straight to your default printer, no print dialog.

Tip: Drag the launcher to your Dock so it's always one click away. Make sure your default printer is set correctly in System Settings → Printers & Scanners.

Avoid the Gatekeeper warning entirely: open Terminal.app, paste this whole block, hit Enter:

Any printer your computer can already print to — Dymo (30336, 30346, 30252, 30857), Rollo, Zebra, Brother, Munbyn, or even a regular inkjet/laser printer. We send standard print jobs through your browser, so if your printer works in any other app, it works here. Set your label size in the Printer Settings panel to match your actual labels.

In the Printer Settings panel, check the "Rotate output 90°" box. This counteracts Chrome's auto-rotation for thermal labels. If they print upside-down after that, let us know on Instagram — we can flip the rotation direction in a future update.

Click the "Set Up Auto-Print" button at the top of the page. Download the launcher for your OS (Mac or Windows), run it once, and from then on the launcher opens Chrome in silent-print mode — one click on Print Labels sends straight to your default printer.

Yes — on the Custom Label tab, select Code 128 or QR Code from the Barcode dropdown. The barcode encodes the SKU text. Great for FBA shipments and inventory tracking.

On the Counter tab, click "+ Bulk paste a list" and paste one SKU per line. Hit Add All to Queue.

Yes. Everything runs in your browser. We don't upload your SKUs, your labels, or your settings to any server. Your queue and preferences are saved locally on your device only.

Likely your printer is set to a default paper size (like letter) instead of your label size. Check Printer Settings → Label Size, and in the Chrome print dialog make sure the destination is your actual label printer (not "Save as PDF" or your inkjet).
