Frequently Asked Questions

Any printer your computer can already print to: Dymo (30336, 30346, 30252, 30857), Rollo, Zebra, Brother, Munbyn, or even a regular inkjet/laser printer. We send standard print jobs through your browser, so if your printer works in any other app, it works here. Set your label size in the Printer Settings panel to match your actual labels.
Use the Orientation buttons in Printer Settings (0° / 90° / 180° / 270°) with Print 1 Test Label: print a test, check that TOP ↑ points up as it feeds out, and step to the next rotation if not. Most Dymo printers need 90°; Nelko / Phomemo usually need 270°.
Yes. Open the Barcode / QR tab, choose Barcode (Code 128) or QR Code, then type or scan the value. Add an optional title and expiration date. Great for FBA shipments and inventory tracking.
On the Counter tab, click "+ Bulk paste a list" and paste one SKU per line. Hit Add All to Queue.
Your labels render and print entirely in your browser, and your queue and preferences are saved on your device. We store only your login email, subscription status, and anonymous print counts (how many, never what) to run the service.
Likely your printer is set to a default paper size (like letter) instead of your label size. Check Printer Settings → Label Size, and in the Chrome print dialog make sure the destination is your actual label printer (not "Save as PDF" or your inkjet).
